GlobalSign office in Belo Horizonte accomplishes certification with 100% employee approval and a Trust Index score similar to the best companies in the country
Boston and Belo Horizonte, April 17, 2022 – GlobalSign, global Certificate Authority (CA) and leading provider of digital signing, identity and security solutions for the IoT, today announced its Belo Horizonte office has been granted a Best Place To Work™ certification. The recognition was granted by Great Place to Work Institute, Inc. (GPTW), the world’s most trusted authority on workplace culture, part of UKG Inc.
GPTW’s examination of GlobalSign Brazil found that 100% of employees believe the company truly exemplifies a “Great Place To Work”. Moreover, GlobalSign Brazil reached an employee satisfaction index of 90 points, the same score as the 150 companies with the highest ranking in the country. The GPTW investigation also placed GlobalSign Brazil in the “Accelerated” stage in terms of Innovation Velocity Ratio (IVR), which measures a company’s organizational speed and agility, and its ability to provide an innovation environment for its staff.
Among the findings of the evaluation, GlobalSign Brazil showed Great Place To Work® Trust Model© rates similar to and even higher than the average of the top 150 GPTWs nationwide. The company achieved 97 points in the pride dimension, compared to the 92 points average of the GPTW top 150 organizations in Brazil. With 92 points, GlobalSign Brazil also exceeded the average (90 points) in the Credibility dimension, and matched the score (88) in the Impartiality dimension. Finally, the score obtained in the Camaraderie and Respect dimensions —91 and 85 respectively— was very close to the average of the top 150 companies (92 and 89).
